Tracy (right) has more than 30 years of leadership experience in corporate community relations, communications, ethics and compliance, human resources, and training and development.

She received an undergraduate degree from James Madison University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Baltimore. In her retirement, Tracy is an enthusiastic volunteer and was drawn to the DDF Board following the loss of her husband in 2013 to Glioblastoma. She serves as the grant administrator for the Foundation.
